Frequently asked questions
How is billing structured on the paid tier?
Monthly, in advance, EUR, VAT-exclusive. Billing is per-resource (compute + storage + replicas). No ingress or egress fees — bandwidth is included.
Can I downgrade from Contact us to Free?
Yes — contact us at [email protected] at least 14 days before your renewal date. Your data is migrated to a Free-sized cluster if it fits; if it does not, we coordinate an export so nothing is lost.
What support do I get on the Free tier?
Public docs and a GitHub Discussions forum where we answer questions. No SLA. The Contact-us tier adds a private support channel with response-time commitments.
How do I cancel?
From the dashboard at any time — your cluster is preserved for 14 days after cancellation so you can recover data. After that, the cluster and its backups are deleted.
